[問題] 新手Step by Step還是不行編譯

我參考的是這份教學...

使用的distribution是MikLaTeX。

使用的編輯器是NotePad++

一開始先創建一個test.tex 裡面的內容如下

\documentclass{report}
\begin{document}
This is my first {\LaTeX} typesetting example.\\
This is my first \LaTeX{} typesetting example.\\
This is my first \LaTeX\ typesetting example.\\
I am Mr. Edward G.J. Lee, G.J. is a abbreviation of my name.\\
I am Mr.\ Edward G.J. Lee, G.J. is a abbreviation of my name.\\
Please see Appendix A. We will be there soon.\\
Please see Appendix A\null. We will be there soon.
\end{document}

放在C:\下

然後打開CLI，在C:\下輸入 pdflatex test.tex
然後就顯示pdftex &)(*^($&*#($ 版本訊息以後，就不會動了。
使用latex test.tex 也是一樣的結果。

已崩潰Orz

→ rogerli:既然用了miktex，為啥不用texworks來編譯啊？
→ lovesnake:我也有用過耶，按下左上角的綠色按鈕然後就不會動了ORZ
最下方的Console output顯示
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.1415926-2.5-1.40.14(MikTeX 2.9 64-bit)

然後我就盯著他發呆了

→ rogerli:至少可以看到錯誤訊息啊,然後貼上錯誤訊息找問題。
→ lovesnake:沒有錯誤訊息是我覺得最神奇的事情= ="
但我同學又說有時候可能會沒有錯誤訊息...

到底發生什麼事了...已崩潰
