        因為 thebibliography 環境使用的是 \section*{\refname}
                                         （有些 cls 則是使用 \chapter）

        所以即使你讓 \refname 為空，他依然會留個空白在那
        那是原本 \section 或 \chapter 的
        這邊他給出了一個可行的解決方法如下：

        ---
        \renewcommand{\section}[2]{}%
        ---

        但這有些壞處，只能救急：

        1. 隱藏了所有在這指令之後的所有 \section 環境 heading
           所以後面如果有 \section 環境會使得這些環境都沒有 heading
        2. 在目錄中仍然會顯示

        還有個另外的方式就是使用 tocbibind 這個 package

        \usepackage[other]{tocbibind}

        參數中使用 other 可以在 preamble 區使用 \tocotherhead 定義
        想要的格式，在這裡可以創建一個額外的環境然後引入：

        \newcommand\blankref[2]{}
        \tocotherhead{blankref}

        這樣也可以達到讓 Reference 沒有 heading 的目的
