補充說明
原PO的問題為移除 Norton 後 "Norton Security Scan" 每次開機即執行掃瞄 (註１)
由於程式獨立於 Norton 防毒軟體之外，不屬於 Norton 防毒軟體的一部份
移除 Norton 防毒軟體並不會一並移除 Norton Security Scan
Norton 移除工具也不會移除 Norton Security Scan (註２)
解決方法
從 "新增／移除程式" 尋找此軟體後點選 "移除" 即可
註１：Norton Security Scan 為一免費的掃毒工具
使用簡單的介面提供偵測與移除病毒、廣告軟體間諜廣告軟體等功能功能
可透過 Google 軟體集或 Google Update 取得此程式
