The Lakers love his talent, skills and size for a point guard. They love his
enthusiasm, willingness and work ethic.
湖人喜歡Java的潛力、技巧還有他身為一個PG的身材。湖人也喜歡它的熱情、主動還有
敬業態度。

Even so, Coach Phil Jackson had to search for ways to get Javaris Crittenton
into games.
即便如此，Phil還是只能在比賽中找出時間讓他能夠上場。

Jackson noted how tough it is to play four guards, let alone five. But
Jackson decided Crittenton, 6-foot-5 and 200 pounds, had the size and
strength to play shooting guard, even if it would be a tough transition due
to his pass-first mentality.
Phil說到要使用四個後衛是相當困難的事情，當有五人時就有人得被冰著。不過現在Phil
決定要讓這位6-5高,200磅重的Java去打得分後衛的位置，即便這對他來說將是一個艱辛
的轉換。

As for Crittenton, he would take whatever was offered.
對Java來說，無論如何，他必須把被派任的工作給接下來。

"My natural instinct is to get people involved," he said. "But I want to be
on the court."
我的本能是讓大家能夠融入比賽，Java說到，但我更想要上場比賽。

When Sasha Vujacic went down with a sprained left ankle and then back spasms,
sidelining him for the past four games, Crittenton became Kobe Bryant's
backup.
當Sasha因為左腳踝扭傷及背部痙攣的關係而連看四場球時，Java就成了Kobe的替補。

It's been a difficult adjustment, but one that Jackson makes Crittenton work
on every day in practice.

"He's been having me get out on the floor and run. He's like, 'Go down the
floor and run. Don't touch the ball,' " Crittenton said. "He's trying to
teach me to be versatile, and it's teaching me to play without the ball. It's
good ... it feels kind of bad at times because I want the ball in my hands."

The sitting took a toll on Crittenton, who has played in just 16 games.

"It was tough, man," said Crittenton, who averages 3.2 points in eight
minutes while making 51.4 percent of his shots.
Java說：這很難受,man~~。他本季平均上場八分鐘，命中率51.4%，3.2分。

"I was frustrated. I'm just being real. But I didn't always show it. It was
just eating me up inside. But all I could do was cheer for my teammates and
keep going hard in practice."
我感到很挫折，我是說真的，但我並不會常常表現出來。這種感覺吞噬著我的內心，但我
能做的就是激勵我的隊友，然後在練習時持續認真投入。

The soft stretch in the Lakers' schedule continues tonight when they host
Milwaukee (15-20). However, the Bucks already have defeated the Lakers this
season, 110-103 on Nov. 21 in Milwaukee.
近來軟趴趴賽程持續者，他們今晚將在主場迎戰15-20的公鹿。但近一次在公鹿主場的交
手，公鹿以110-103擊敗湖人。(宰了他們！！！)

But the Lakers have won four straight, by an average of 23 points, and are
coming off a beatdown of the previously hot Hornets in New Orleans.
但湖人近來已經拿下四連勝，平均勝分23分，而且才剛打敗近況火熱的黃蜂而已。

"We have guys that understand how to play, guys that want to get better,"
Luke Walton said. "And we have veterans that have won and know what it takes
to win. The coaches are doing a great job of making sure we come to work
every day."
我們有一群知道如何打球的人，還有一群想要變得更好的兄弟，Walton說到，而且我們
有過去常勝的老將，而且知道如何贏球。我們的教練也會對我們每天的工作作最好的分配
。
