Los Angeles Lakers forward Ron Artest has been cleared by the team to
participate in full-court practice and contact drills on Monday.
湖人前鋒蓉蓉阿泰確定禮拜一終於可以參加全套的練習了。

Speaking before the Lakers game against the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday --
Artest's fifth game missed after sustaining a concussion following an
accident at his home on Christmas Day -- Artest said he was "almost" ready to
return to game action as well. Los Angeles next game is on Tuesday when it
hosts Houston, Artest's former team. Lakers head coach Phil Jackson said he
was "hopeful" Artest would be ready for that game, but the 11-year veteran
didn't sound as optimistic.

"Today's Sunday?" Artest asked. "No, I don't think [Tuesday's] realistic. It
can be, but I doubt it. I don't think so, but I hope so."

「有可能啦，但是我想...我不覺得機會很大，當然我希望我可以。」

When Artest first spoke to the media following the incident he did not offer
up many details about the severity of the cuts to the back of this head and
left elbow. Four staples were counted in his head on Sunday. Artest avoided a
reporter's question about the specifics of how the injuries occurred.
在意外過後阿泰第一次面對媒體時，他並沒有確切的告訴大家在他後腦上和左手肘的傷勢
到底有多嚴重。阿泰閃避了記者問他關於意外到底怎麼發生的問題。

"It was too scary," Artest said. "I really don't feel like talking about it
anymore."

Artest said he is not feeling any dizziness, migraine headaches or nausea
anymore and his condition has dramatically improved in the last five days
since beginning limited workouts.
阿泰說他已經沒有再感覺到頭暈、嘔吐或是偏頭痛了，過去五天重新開始做少量運動
以後，傷勢有很快地在復原。

"Five days ago it was ... not good," Artest recalled.
「五天前..狀況真的很糟糕。」阿泰回憶起。

"The first day I shot [on Thursday], I was shooting free throws and I almost
fell off the free-throw line. I was just standing there shooting free throws
and I was wobbling and the room started spinning so I just stopped. [Next] I
just did a real simple layup and it felt like the floor wasn't even
underneath me."
「第一天（週二）回來的時候，我試著在罰球線投籃，可我整個人差點跌倒。
我完全站不穩，然後一瞬間天旋地轉好恐怖，所以我趕快停下來。
接著我又想試試看上籃，就很簡單的單手上籃而已，
可是怎麼地板突然跑不見了？！？！」

Artest said he feels ready to return to the court, but is being cautious.
阿泰說他是準備好了沒錯，只是想要安全第一。

"I could play now," Artest said. "I feel great to play. But the brain, it's
like a computer, it's not rebooting no more."
「我可以打球了，」阿泰說。「我感覺不錯。但是你知道，腦袋，腦袋好像電腦一樣，
他沒有再重新開機耶。」

The Lakers' upcoming schedule has them playing the Clippers in Los Angeles on
Wednesday and Trail Blazers in Portland on Friday.

With Artest out of the lineup, Kobe Bryant's playing time has increased as he
has absorbed some of Artest's minutes at small forward.
阿泰不在場上，Kobe的上場時間為了要補足缺失而增加了不少。

"He takes it as a challenge," Artest said. "Me being out is a challenge for
him right now. He's not going to say, 'I can't wait for you to get back,
Ron.' He's going to say, 'We don't really need you right now, Ron.'"
「Kobe把這樣的負擔當作是種挑戰。」阿泰說。
「因為我的缺席對他來說是個挑戰，所以他不會說『噢蓉蓉，你趕快回來我需要你。』
他只會說『誰需要你啊，嘻嘻。』」  「哭哭～」
