Real (?) Lakers stand up, and knock down Spurs, 99-83
Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol and others lead the way in Lakers' most impressive
performance this season, a rout of the NBA's top team that starts a key
four-game trip and signals to the rest of the league that the two-time
defending champs aren't going away.
Kobe,Gasol和每一個湖人隊員打出了本季最精采的一場比賽，用擊潰聯盟第一開啟了
接下來的四場關鍵比賽，同時也釋出了訊息給那些想要爭冠的球隊。

Reporting from San Antonio — It took the Lakers long enough — endless
months, weeks and days blending into halves, quarters and minutes — but they
finally arrived for the 2010-11 season.
真的夠久了，經過了上半季的低迷，不停的連敗。湖人終於在下半季打出衛冕者的霸氣。
It was worth a double-take, if not a triple, the 48 minutes that signaled
their interest in the rest of the season, a rout heard 'round the NBA, all
opponents be forewarned.
這場比賽傳達了訊息給那些對總冠軍虎視眈眈的球隊，二連霸的衛冕軍還是有能力
擊潰聯盟第一的馬刺。只要維持這種狀態，其他球隊還是會把湖人當做最終假想敵。
The Lakers didn't beat the San Antonio Spurs. They pummeled them, leading by
as many as 32 points in a 99-83 victory Sunday in front of a stunningly
quiet, and quickly emptying, AT&T Center.
AT&T裡看不到多少馬刺球迷，就算有你也聽不到他們的聲音。因為湖人擊敗了馬刺，
不，應該是痛宰了馬刺。湖人最大領先有達到32分，雖然最後以99-83作收，但這也
足以讓主場球迷鴉雀無聲了。
Andrew Bynum seemed to grab every rebound, Pau Gasol simply couldn't miss
(even drilling a three-pointer, his first since 2008), Ron Artest was a
comedian who happened to score eight points, and Kobe Bryant quarterbacked
the entire operation.
Bynum好像每一個籃板都搶了下來，Gasol則是怎麼投怎麼進(甚至進了一顆三分,這可是
他從08年來進的第一顆)，Artest得了8分，而Kobe則是控制了整場比賽。
The Lakers were free on offense and grinding on defense, winning their
seventh consecutive game and holding the Spurs to 36% shooting.
湖人不僅在進攻端有所斬獲，連防守都讓馬刺無法招架，他們讓馬刺整場比賽的
命中率只有36%並且拿下了七連勝。
Tim Duncan was a total nonfactor, scoring two points on one-for-seven
shooting, and only one Spurs starter scored in double figures, Tony Parker
with 14 points.
Duncan在這場比賽完全發揮不了作用，1-7的FG得了2分，而且馬刺的先發球員只有
Parker得到兩位數的得分,14分。
"We couldn't make layups, threes, free throws, anything. And besides, they
played more angry," said a beleaguered Manu Ginobili, who had six points on
three-for-10 shooting. "We were a little, not soft, but waited to see what
was going to happen and they came to get it."
"我們在場上什麼都做不到，上籃，三分或罰球。通通都沒辦法。而且他們打的比我
們積極多了，我們則是有點...也不是軟，就是不夠積極，我們還在看著球想著晚餐
吃什麼，他們就殺過來了。" Ginobili這麼說，他今天身陷重圍以3-10的FG得了6分。
The timing can't be better for the Lakers (45-19), taking the first step on a
four-game trip that also routes them through Atlanta, Miami and, of
particular interest, Dallas, which is still ahead of them for second place in
the Western Conference.
在這個時候展現霸氣實在是太棒了，因為接下來還要連續面對三個強隊，老鷹、熱火
以及小牛。當然小牛應該是最重要的一場，因為湖人還在追趕著它。並且有可能
在西區冠軍賽碰頭。
If they play like they did Sunday, 4-0 isn't out of the question.
如果湖人能打得像今天這麼好，那4-0不是沒有可能的。
The Spurs and their league-leading record (51-12) looked confused all
afternoon. They trailed after the first quarter, 34-13, and at halftime,
65-37, numbers that would stun the rest of the league.
馬刺今天下午的表現讓人懷疑他們的聯盟最佳戰績(51-12)是怎麼來的，第一節就以
13-34落後，半場則是37-65。這個分差絕對可以嚇死聯盟其他球隊。
"We caught them by surprise at the start of the game," Lakers Coach Phil
Jackson said.
"我們開賽就給了他們驚喜。" Phil表示。
There were many surprises.
驚喜是接二連三的
The coaching staff told the players beforehand to return to the tenets of the
triangle offense — pass the ball instead of dribbling, think team play
instead of one on one — and it showed.
教練在開賽前就告訴球員們要徹底執行三角戰術--傳球而不是運球，多利用團隊而不是
只想著單打。而球員們也辦到了。
Bryant had 26 points, seven rebounds and five assists. Gasol almost matched
him with 21 points, six rebounds and five assists. Bynum continued his binge
on the boards, taking 17 rebounds for a second consecutive game, one short of
his career high, yet again.
Kobe得到了26分7籃板還有5次助攻。Gasol則是得到21分6籃板此外也有5次助攻。Bynum
則是維持了他對籃板的狂熱，連續兩場比賽抓了17個籃板。又一次的差一個就追平個人
最高紀錄。
Then there was Artest.
阿泰呢?
He flexed in front of an irritated crowd and kissed his right biceps after
blocking George Hill's shot. Then he played peacemaker after Bryant elbowed
Ginobili, pushing Bryant away before further issues arose. (It wasn't enough
to stop Bryant from picking up his 13th technical foul. If he gets three more
between now and the end of the regular season, he'll be suspended by the NBA
for a game.)
他跟一個白目的觀眾撞在一起，並且在賞了George Hill一個鍋後親了自己的二頭肌。
接著他在Kobe跟Gionbili的衝突中扮演了和平主義者的角色，在事前變更嚴重前很快
的把Kobe給推開。(可惜這沒辦法讓Kobe逃過被吹T的下場，這也是Kobe的第13個T，
再集3個就可以換到聯盟的禁賽處分一場。)
"He's locked in. He's focused," Bryant said. "We all are. Ron knows exactly
what we need from him. He's just going out there being aggressive and taking
it to 'em."
"他已經上緊發條了，我們也是。Artest知道我們需要他做什麼，他只是在場上展現他
對比賽的積極與執著。" Kobe這麼說。
Not everything was perfect, the Lakers leaving just enough work for Monday's
practice in Atlanta.
當然不是全部都那麼完美，湖人還是有需要調整的地方。
Jackson wasn't thrilled that the reserves let San Antonio make a minor run in
the fourth quarter, forcing him to reinsert Bryant and Fisher with 5:57 left
and the Lakers up 22.
Phil對於替補讓馬刺在第四節有個小追趕感到不太爽，所以他在第四節剩5:57時重新
派上了Kobe和Fisher。
"I didn't like the way the bench was playing," he said. "They were settling
for outside shots."
"我不滿意板凳的表現，他們一直在外線投射。" Jackson表示。
Whatever.
The Lakers won't be catching San Antonio in the standings. But the Spurs have
unquestionably been put on notice. The two-time defending champs are still
the team to beat.
也許湖人的戰績不會追上馬刺，但今天這場比賽也足夠讓馬刺清楚了。二連霸的衛冕
軍還是他們最大的挑戰。
