Jason Terry Slams Matt Barnes: He’s “Soft As Toilet Paper”

Colin Cowherd’s ESPN Radio show to discuss the incident, and when asked “Do
you think Matt Barnes of the Lakers is the first tough guy they’ve had in
years?” he responded by calling Barnes “The Charminator.”
小牛後衛Jason Terry在今天參加ESPN電台節目時，
主持人問道：Matt Barnes是不是湖人近幾年的第一個硬漢？
Terry給了以下回答......
“That is a guy who is as soft as Charmin toilet paper,” Terry said.

TNT’s Chris Webber doesn’t necessarily agree. He thinks Terry’s Mavericks
teammates are the soft ones, saying Dirk Nowitzki and Brendan Haywood “
deserve to be fined” for not getting in on the fight.
TNT評論員Chris Webber則不同意這觀點，Webber認為Terry的隊友Dirk Nowitzki和
Brendan Haywood才是軟蛋，因為這兩位大個都沒參與湖人小牛那場衝突。
Meanwhile, to allege the Lakers had no tough guys before Barnes is a little
ridiculous, considering they happen to have had Ron Artest—a guy who has
been in quite a few scuffles including that one time he ran into the stands
to hit a fan—since 2009. This point was not lost on Terry.
雖然前面批評了Barnes，但後頭Terry馬上補充說明......
“Barnes is a good player, don’t get me wrong,” he said. “He does a great
job in his role and he’s trying to assume a role of tough guy for them. But
Ron Artest is that guy for them and he’s the reason they won that
championship last year, not Matt Barnes.
「Barnes是個好球員，這一點別誤解我。他將他的角色扮演得很好。
他試圖當起球隊的硬漢，但Ron Artest才是真正的硬漢，
Artest也是湖人去年奪冠的原因，而不是Barnes。」
