Lakers' Pau Gasol undergoes knee procedure
The forward is expected to make a full recovery from the effort to cub pain
and eliminate scar tissue.

經過禮拜四的膝蓋手術後, Pau得要等 12 週後才能進行籃球相關活動
Lakers forward Pau Gasol will not resume basketball-related activities for 12
weeks after undergoing a knee procedure Thursday aimed at curbing pain in his
knees that sidelined him for eight games this season.
He is expected to make a full recovery from the fasciotomy and surgical
tenotomy procedure, an attempt to eliminate scar tissue.
湖人前鋒 Pau Gasol經過禮拜四的膝蓋手術後,12周內將不能進行籃球相關活動. 手術目
地是治療膝蓋的疼痛, 這個傷勢也讓他本季休養了八場比賽.
Pau預估術後能夠恢復良好, 手術部份含筋模切開術與根腱切開術,試著移除他的傷痕組織

A probe inserted into Gasol's knees directed ultrasound wavelengths to
debride degenerated tissue of his patellar tendons. Gasol will also receive
autologous stem-cell injections next week to stimulate regeneration of his
tissue.
Gasol的雙膝內裝了探針,這是用來引導超音波波長清除膝蓋肌腱的退化組織. Gasol下週
也將接受自體幹細胞注入手術,來刺激組織加快再生速度.
Thursday's procedure was conducted by Steve Yoon of the Kerlan-Jobe
Orthopaedic Group. Yoon will also administer next week's stem-cell injections.
禮拜四的手術由Kerlan-Jobe 骨科團隊的Steve Yoon主刀. 他也會主導下週的幹細胞注入
手術.
Gasol sustained career lows in scoring (13.7 points) and accuracy (46.6%)
while also missing 20 games because of an internal tear in the bottom of his
foot and five games because of a concussion.
Gasol本季得了生涯新低的 13.7分, 命中率則降至46.6％. 他也因足底筋膜炎跟腦震盪的
原因各缺席20場及5場比賽
Gasol, who turns 33 in July, has one more year and $19.3
七月就要滿33歲的Gasol仍有一年$19M的合約.
