[dormancy (dorm)]

It shall be composed of 10 full members and associate members

of the Alliance who will serve a four-year term

for a maximum of two terms after which a two-year period

must elapse before serving in the Steering Committee again.


我只看的懂這10個full members可以有四年的任期

可以連任一期

但是從after which之後 就不懂要怎麼看
