它屬於倒裝句的一種吧~該是為了強調空氣的"small"特質，所以把它放在句首!
(個人拙見)...其實英文應該跟中文差不多，沒啥太硬性的規定...
就像我們也常說：不錯看！(其實是：看起來不錯！)我認為看得懂最重要
