[問題] 請問what about / how about 的差別

[lifelover (打逼 = 浪費時間)]

  在書上看到以下的句子
  Si on allait au cinema cet apres-midi?
  What about going to the movies this afternoon?

  請問為什麼用What about而不是How about呢?

  好像從以前學英文都沒有聽過What about

  但是有遇過外國人說What about   真不懂What about的意思...
