Csikszentmihalyi 使用 "autotelic" (本身具有目的)
這個詞來形容動態經驗 (會隨事件而變化變動流動的經驗)
這種動態經驗 他將它定義為
"ㄧ種仰賴具體的回饋的心理狀態,
因為在缺乏其他獎賞的情況下,它(具體的回饋)能延續行為,
所以它(具體的回饋)被視為一種(行為的)獎賞 "
