[翻譯]請問這句

   目前在翻譯報告,
   碰到這句話,怎麼翻到覺得怪怪的,

   The data were collected in three separate
   two to three-month periods.

   我的翻譯是:這數據是在三分之二個月蒐集到的,
   但我怎麼看都覺得不太對,
   其中的in three separate 到底是什麼意思阿?
   所以想請板上英文高手幫我看一下這句子囉~
