No provision or condition of this agreement or any breach or default shall be
waived other than by a written instrument signed by an authorized officer of
the party so waiving. The failure to insist upon the strict performance of
any provision or condition of this agreement or to exercise any right or
remedy will not constitute a waiver of any such provision or condition of any
breach or default and shall not alter or affect any other provision or
condition of this agreement.
