意思就是"不選擇遺忘"
the 2nd: without necessary "conquering" it, to gradually integrate
it into the day-by-day
人們面對創傷，通常有兩種模式。
其一，一部份的人對於創傷的點點滴滴耿耿於懷，始終無法擺脫(創傷的)陰影。
其二，有些人不會刻意克服其創傷，但是時日一久，該創傷已化為無形。
