[句子] Whether ... or not

本文的新聞辭典說：Whether you like it or not, I’m marrying him

anyway.
我認為應該是：Whether you like it or not, I would marrying him anyway.
或是：Whether you like it or not, I will marrying him anyway.

請問用would和will的差別在哪？
