value-utility functions for relating the mission/market value
loss to the delivery time.These functions ususlly reflect the
"cost of delay"in missed opportunities to meet
time-critical commitments when a software system
misses its delivery schedule.
We describe three sypes of value-utility functions
for system delivery time.
