[問題] 最近看影集裡的幾個不懂的地方

我最近在看Gossip girl
他們講的英文似乎比較口語化
有些我聽不太懂意思的
放上來請教大家

1.「I may as well have....」這個是我希望會發生的意思嗎？

2.「kinda」這個字一直有出現，好像是某些字的縮寫，可是我不知道是甚麼@@
   他們在裡面用到一句「I kinda figured that...」

3.在宴會上想要發表感言或是講話的時候，會敲敲杯子請大家注意
  為什麼用「prpose a toast」呢？而且字幕翻譯寫「讓我們乾一杯」

這幾個搞不太懂@@
