Inc.表示了公司的性質。
Company Limitid 通常縮寫為Co.ltd. 或是精簡為 Ltd.但是這只是指從公司的性
質上說，該公司是一個有限公司不是什麼其他的公司。公司名稱後面與Co.ltd
之間不應再出現 company，因為Co.已經包含了公司的意思。
再說回來，Inc.的原形是Incorporation 意思是指：組成公司/註冊/合併。如果加
在公司名稱後面，多是它的分詞形式，但是已變成一個固有的形容詞匯：
Incorporated .使用這種用法，多是美國式的用法，不要加什麼Ltd.。但是它的含
義卻是：‘某某股份有限公司’重點在於性質是‘股份制’的有限公司，意味著‘按股
分公司組成的’、‘組成（股份）公司的’。
在英國用法中，直接將Limited 加在公司名稱後即可。表達的是和Inc.同樣一個
意思。
