Chela, Loit win Mexican Open titles March 4, 2007 ACAPULCO, Mexico (AP) -- Fourth-seeded Juan Ignacio Chela of Argentina won the Mexican Open title for the second time, beating eighth-seeded Carlos Moya of Spain, 6-3, 7-6 (2) Saturday night. Chela's four career victories on the ATP Tour include a victory here in 2000. Last year he lost in the final to Luis Horna. "There's something special with Mexico, I've always played great here," Chela said. "Last year I dedicated the win to my girlfriend, but I lost. Now that's she's here, it's a double satisfaction." He earned $156,550 with the victory. Moya, who has won twice in Acapulco, won $77,750. "I knew that if I could win the second set I could win the match, but I got nervous," Moya said. Earlier, Emilie Loit of France earned her third career WTA Tour title with a 7-6 (0), 6-4 victory over fifth-seeded Flavia Pennetta of Italy. -- 神 在 祂 的 天 堂 裡 這 個 世 界 平 安 無 事 http://blog.roodo.com/the_utopia -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.129.3.175
