A project for undergraduate students in Yi-Chun Wu's lab.

Dear all,

I am Hang-Shiang, a Ph.D student in Yi-Chun Wu's lab. Our lab currently has a
project available for undergraduate students. We previously performed a
genetic screen for novel regulators of programmed cell death in C. elegans and
isolated many mutants. We are organizing a small team to characterize these
mutants. The techniques involved will include SNP mapping (PCR, restriction
enzyme digest, agarose gel electrophoresis), complementation test and phenotype
characterization. The project will start in the summer. If you are interested,
