some Elven Magic delays on the Korean Live servers
with the new Episode. It's unclear if its a bug or
if its a new balance adjustment, but for some reason
the delay after casting Blood to Soul and Nature's Touch
is about 20 seconds. Elves find that they can't cast anything
(including teleport!) within 20 seconds of casting those spells.
Teleport home scrolls still work, but any magic isn't working.
Hopefully this will be patched ASAP

雖然不清楚這是bug還是新的遊戲平衡調整
使用魂體轉換和生命之泉延持時間大約是20秒
妖精發現使用這些魔法的其間 不能使用任何魔法(包括傳送術)
傳送回家卷軸依然可以使用,但是任何魔法都不能作用
希望這個設定能被修補越快越好
