目前有幾題有個小小疑問 不知道自己有沒有做對
有錯麻煩指正
1.John wants that John kills John.(deep)
↓(reflexivization+Equi-NP deletion)
John wants to kill himself.(surface)
2.Mr.Johnson will buy a toy for Mr.Johnson's daughter
↓(particle movement+pronominalization)
Mr.Johnson will buy his daughter a toy.
3.What will John eat and what will Mary eat?
↓(identity deletion)
What will John and Mary eat?
4.That a ghost is in the house is true.
↓(it-insertion+there-insertion)
It is true that there is a ghost in the house.
5.Mary's husband gave a book to Mary yesterday.
↓(passivization+particle movement+pronominalization)
Mary was given a book by her husband yesterday.
