[問題] 出現libXm.so.3的問題

我在使用一個軟体時，他出現了error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.3:
cannot open shared object file: NO such file or directory

是缺少libXm.so.3嗎？
如果是要怎麼安裝？
我的作業系統是Red Hat
