[問題] Partition misaligned

作業系統是 ubuntu 10.04，我有一顆SATA的硬碟，分割成:

/dev/sda
        /dev/sda1/ --> mount at /    bootable ( ext4 )
        /dev/sda2/ --> Extended
        在 Disk Utility 中出現 The partition is misaligned by 512 bytes
                /dev/sda5 --> mount at /home ( ext4 )
                misaligned by 1024 bytes
                /dev/sda6 --> swap
                misaligned by 2560 bytes
我有試過用 liveUsb 開機執行 fsck 但他只有回報 clean，

我也試過將 /dev/sda2 和他下面的磁區重割一次，(用liveUSB下的GParted)

還是一樣的狀況，雖然目前用起來還正常，

但他有警告可能會讓效率下降，因此想要試著調整他。

請問還有什麼方法可以用嗎? (或是我的方法根本就錯了??)

還是這是 Disk Utility 的假警報，像之前的 bad section 一樣?

推 kdjf:你的硬碟是4k-sector的嗎？
推 Adama:sda1和sda2可能佔到重覆的磁柱了，用fdisk列出來看看
   Device Boot      Start         End      Blocks   Id  System

Partition 2 does not start on physical sector boundary.
/dev/sda5            6080       38260   258493851   83  Linux

Partition 6 does not start on physical sector boundary.

看起來是 sda1 沒有結束在 physical sector boundary 進而導致後來的partition

沒有對齊嗎?

→ kdjf:fdisk平常用的是16065sector/track 可是你的HD可能是用4k-sec
