從推文裡看到您使用的是ubuntu
那麼ubuntu裡面有兩個防火牆機制要關
apparmor ufw你都要想辦法關掉或移除了
再來試試看
試的方法大致推文有提到
一關了apparmor ufw
二restart apache2
三try and browse it
