書本可以參考 Understanding the Linux Kernel, Linux Kernel Development, etc.
Linux VM 可以 看一下

雖然該版是 2.4 還是有參考價值. 比如說 zone, node, pages, etc.
大致上是 先了解 大的架構, e.g. process management, memory management, etc.
再針對 specific 的 topic 深索.
