新指揮官特賣 - 海洋女王Synactha

 The titles of "Ocean Master" and "Ocean Mistress" date back to the days when
 the Piscarians were a collection of pre-spaceflight civilizations. Due to
 their aquatic origins, it was akin to saying "Master / Mistress of the
 Universe" -- somewhat hyperbolic, but indicative of the great military power
 those individuals wielded. Though many of the species avoid using it today,
 considering it to be somewhat boastful and excessively grand, Synactha
 refuses to be called anything else. And given her impressive string of
 victories, in which she demonstrated both personal courage and tactical
 brilliance, the politicians to whom she answers are content to go along with
 it.

關於女王的背景故事

Ocean Mistress Synactha is a powerful Piscarian officer who also has the
"Any" Role and Attribute.

女王屬於生猛的魚人族指揮官，她的職業跟屬性則是「任意」

She starts off with a base 80 Attack and Defense, and increases by +1 for
each stat with every 2 different crew members owned.

起始攻/防屬性各為80，另外毎多2個不同的船員攻/防值會再加1

Proc damage increases for each different crew owned.

發動傷害按照你所擁有的非同名船員總數增加

Proc damage increases for every participant in a raid, cap at 500.

發動傷害按照副本的參與人數而增加，上限是500
要是沒上限還真想看看在世界raid發動會是多少 XD

New proc mechanic: proc RATE increases for every other officer in your ship.

新的發動機制︰發動率會依你當前太空船上的指揮官數量而增加

短評︰仍然破格，不過還是比ace跟潔西卡差。

This continues the Swordmaster set, which includes Officer Azim, the
Omniscient Swordmaster crew, and the Swordmaster Starblade ship.

繼續先前的大濺濕套裝，這次推出的是搭配套裝的指揮官、船員跟太空船

The Swordmaster Starblade is another ship which will proc damage, and deals
extra proc damage against Personal, Small and Medium sized raids.

新的太空船同樣搭載額外發動傷害的能力，並且在面對中型以下的副本有額外增傷

This part of the set also gains extra synergy with Officer Xenia Panoptes,
who is still available for purchase at the Bazaar.

這次的大濺濕套裝會和指揮官Xenia Panoptes發揮「團結的力量」，現在你仍然可以在商
店裡買到這隻課金指揮官

In this regard, Xenia Panoptes' stats and proc damage have been increased.
More specifically, she now has 48 Attack and Defense, and her base proc
damage has been quadrupled.

為了讓你心甘情願乖乖掏錢購買，Xenia Panoptes的屬性跟發動傷害都增加了
現在她的基本攻/防值提高到了48，發動傷害變成4倍，超Cooooooooooooooooooooooool的

短評︰還是把太陽省下來比較實在

這次新品包lv1的那隻指揮官gera還比較酷，如果在太空船放上之前聖誕節的船員..
可以同時看到兩隻擁有誇張攻防值的指揮官(anita跟gera)...

另外官方宣布預計8/29推出新的迷你區域(新的星系內只有一個區域)，如果反應不錯的話
預計將來還會用這種方式來推出新區域，這樣才會讓玩家認為它們勤於更新(誤)

推 sealence    :早上就有鎂戰用大劍師船~說已經超越鐵拳......

→ dulramoon   :開試算表算了一下 .. 美戰果然還是級別太高
→ dulramoon   :大濺濕還是比鐵拳低了約1000    (150系列缺潔西卡)
→ dulramoon   :指揮官有5隻課金   船員只有1隻課金
→ acopika     :但是船有超高傷
→ dulramoon   :如果發動率是20%  且基礎傷害是600k的話  會比鐵拳好
→ dulramoon   :戰力差1K  約為20hit差100k
→ acopika     :現在真的要戰力的都是無戰術的WR或沒什麼戰術的pox
→ dulramoon   :阿 不過我的意思是有鐵拳的就繼續用  沒有鐵拳的直接
→ dulramoon   :買大濺濕好
→ acopika     :還有temple 我認為高特效傷害對這些比較有幫助
→ dulramoon   :高發動傷害的打無戰術格 或少戰術格的有優勢沒錯
推 sealence    :看到10 officer.. 會蠻想把Sussurran Voyager換掉
→ sealence    :多四個officer位置會好配很多，而且這四隻可能又多40
→ sealence    :幾萬的額外加傷……重點是以後如果有更好的officer也
→ sealence    :比較好擺 Orz 頗猶豫
→ dulramoon   :如果有潔西卡的話就不必猶豫鐵定換船了 Q_Q

→ greedypeople:剛開始玩  想請教一下  如果要農點數的話
→ greedypeople:是不是打越弱難度越低的 raid 最划算？
→ dulramoon   :yes 最划算的依序為void/tele/colonel  最好是normal
→ greedypeople:kong上面聊天室看到的 void tele 基本上都是被秒
→ greedypeople:現在我是以 nm 上校為主 normal 看運氣
→ greedypeople:還有想請教一個問題… 假如我去tag 快完成的沙蟲副本
→ greedypeople:那原來辛苦打副本的人 loot  會因為這樣變少嗎？
