Liverpool Football Club have been given two weeks to find the money to fund a
new stadium.
有兩個禮拜的時間來找錢來蓋新的球場
Reds chief executive Rick Parry knows that his plans face collapse if he is
unable to prove that the club have the finances and a proper timetable for
construction for a crunch meeting on July 27th. If he fails to convince the
big cheese, the club will lose ￡9million of European funding.
執行長Parry知道在7/27以前如果不能證明有足夠的財政，計畫可能會泡湯。如果不能說服
那些大人物，俱樂部將失去900萬英鎊的資金
Executive member for Economic Development, Flo Clucas, said: "Contingency
plans for the money to be used elsewhere within the timescale have been drawn
up.
"If this package does not come together it will not be the fault of the
public bodies, it will be Liverpool FC that will have failed.
"By July 27 we will know if that package is there."
7/27號就可以知道這個計畫能不能實現
The estimated cost of building a new stadium now stands at ￡190million.
