Liverpool play down transfer claims
Liverpool Football Club have told the local media that they are "mystified"
at today's reports which claim that they are on the verge of signing
Feyenoord ace Dirk Kuyt.
A report in today's Daily Mail (British newspaper) claimed that the Dutch
hitman should complete a proposed move to Anfield within 48 hours.
Although there's been no official response from the club, the claims have
been played down by insiders.
內部人士否定了這項傳聞
Feyenoord are not interested in any players plus cash offers and want
straight cash, something that Liverpool haven't got a lot of, especially with
Rafa pressing ahead with plans to try and bring in Daniel Alves.
飛燕諾對於現金+球員並沒有興趣,利物浦方面也不打算出這麼多錢,特別是Rafa
正在努力帶來Alves。
However, Liverpool have indicated that if Feyenoord lower their asking price
they may make a fresh offer. They won't though consider anything higher than
£10million.
但是俱樂部表示如果飛燕諾願意降低價錢還有可能,不接受10M以上的報價
Feyenoord gave Liverpool a deadline of last Sunday to increase their initial
offer but Rick Parry stayed in to watch Eastenders instead.
