Sammy Lee is finalising his return to Anfield, as right-hand man to Rafael
Benitez.
The former Liverpool midfielder and backroom assistant left in 2004 to take
on an England coaching role under Sven-Goran Eriksson
He then moved on to Bolton Wanderers alongside Sam Allardyce before a brief
spell as manager when Allardyce left for Newcastle
