Alonso still keen on Juve switch

Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso has revealed he is still open to a move
to Juventus.
Alonso was strongly linked with a move to Juve in the summer as Rafa Benitez
tried to raise funds for Gareth Barry, but in the end the move collapsed
and the Italians went for Denmark international Christian Poulsen instead.
But while Juve boss Claudio Ranieri recently revealed he thought the Spain
star was too slow, Alonso admits he is still interested in a move to Turin.
"Obviously, Juventus is Juventus – the most important club in Italy,”
he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“But you cannot be disappointed at Liverpool.”
He added: “One thing I can say is that I appreciated the honesty of
the Juventus executives.
They told me their tactics on the pitch were different and that is why they
chose Poulsen and not me.
"These things happen in football. It should be good. I could go.
I’m not going to reject them because they chose another player.
“Truly, for my part, the attraction remains intact. I like that they are
rebuilding from scratch in the right way. I like the leadership.”
Alonso also hinted that his relationship with Benitez may be strained.
"With Benitez, things are what they are," he said.
"I am a professional." 囧
之前斑馬boss還說不買他是因為他太慢了!!!!
Alonso真的想走了嗎 有驚到 燙字都燙A14
如果真的想走也留不住 希望時間不要是冬轉
