Liverpool can confirm that Hungarian goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi has left the
club to join Austrian side Salzburg.
The 23-year-old initially arrived at Anfield on loan before signing
permanently for the Reds in August 2008 from MTK Hungaria.
Gulacsi provided back-up to Pepe Reina and Brad Jones but never made an
appearance for the senior team.
The stopper was named on the substitutes' bench 51 times during his Liverpool
career and enjoyed spells on loan with Hull, Tranmere and Hereford.
Everybody at Liverpool Football Club would like to wish Peter all the best in
his future career.
