The GoPets client now saves memory dumps whenever it crashes. These files are
located in "C:\Program Files\Gopets Ltd\Errors" and end in ".dmp".
When you experience a crash, please send a support request with the specifics
of the crash (when it happened/what you were doing when it happened, etc.)
and include the latest .dmp file.
Make note of the time and date of your error. Then do one of the foloowing:
1. Send a support request from the web stating that you have experienced a
partial information error. When you get a reply from Customer Support,
include the appropriately dated .dmp file.
Or
2. Send an immediate support request via email, including that error report.
The support address is contact_eng@gopetslive.com.
Please send crash .dmps whenever a unique crash is experienced will help
developers to determine the cause and fix the problem.
