Actually there is a new comer in BOT. I know that there are 3 black dogs in BOT
that are neutered and have their ears cut. However this new comer which is also
black is a very young dog that is neutered but its ears are not cut.

I know this dog is not fed because I have seen it trying to get food from
garbage can. I have been feeding it out of compassion and have called your
group to send someone to come and check it out.

I don't want the dog to think that I am his food source because now he is very
dependent on me feeding him and sometimes if I didn't feed him, he would bark
outside the dorm building the whole night and this for sure would cause him
trouble sometime down the road if I leave Taiwan. Since I am a foreign student
and would not stay here for long, I really hope you can ask your feeder to come
by and I can show him/her the dog so that she/he can add it to the feeding

I understand you guys are all volunteers and have been working very hard to
help out stray dogs and cats. As a new comer to Taiwan I might have rushed to
my conclusion too soon. At the end of the day, we all hope to minimize the
suffering of these unfortunate animals who are paying a price for human's
stupidity.

她提到的黑狗是有結紮,但沒有剪耳
這附近既有的狗符合上述條件的大概也只有假多多吧
不過也不能確定不是新狗就是了

還有一個問題是她提到吠叫的問題
我想星期一先找她談一談,最好是能夠確定是不是已知的狗
因為最近長興街比較大的問題就是狗會不定時在凌晨或清晨吠叫
