我昨天寫了一封信問她，這是回函:
Hi Shandy,
Actually the barking continues after the 2 black dogs were taken away. I am
very sensitive to noise and every time a dog barks, I wake up. Usually the
dogs bark at around early morning hours (5 am to 6 am) for about 5 minutes.
I can tell that there are about 2 to 3 dogs barking because each of their
barking is distinct. Lately there is a dog that howls like wolf, this
happened since last night (Dec 1). Usually when a dog howls, it is either
lonely or calling for its groups. I am guessing may be some outside dogs
that are not neutered are trying to get into the dorm area since the 2 black
dogs are not here.
The only night that I didn't hear barking was when the weather was really
cold and rainy.

另外,昨晚我自己也有聽到(半夜被貓吵醒= =)，大約是清晨四點半到六點時，
但那音量其實很小，若非特別敏感或是保持在清醒的狀態，一般人不會聽到
算不上是噪音。
就像外籍生所描述的，那是一群狗在叫的聲音，
我猜是地震中心的狗在作怪所致，至於牛奶糖有沒有參與就不知道了
