那條線是表示註解的建議長度用的
如果註解太長，會幫你自動換行
使用方法為先打一長串超過那條線的敘述
然後在該行的最尾按下註解的快速鍵ctrl+r
然後matlab除了會幫你把該行變成註解以外，還會把超過那條線的文字做換行處理
要怎樣消掉是沒有研究
