這題是說『該申請人在那個領域有顯著的成長機會？』
還是說『該申請人還有哪些地方需要加強改進的？』

有點不太瞭解這個英文的意思
還請大牛們指教 ^^"

另外
推薦信有需要寫很多字嗎？
或是說針對一個問題有3~4行的回答即可？
