確定要用 3-man rotation 嗎？這樣子 Santana 和 Radke 如果需要
打第四和第五場都是 3 day rest。去年雖然也是 3-man rotation，
不過 Santana 第四場出賽時是正常的 4 day rest。
如果我沒看錯，Santana 今年一整年沒有在 short rest 的情況下先
發。
