Radke 是 11 年來都待在雙城隊的老將，Towers 才滿三年，
年資不同的兩人在 transactions 上的限制程度相差很多，
正好利用這個機會來認識一下那些 transactions 的規定。
A player with 5 years or more Major League service cannot be optioned to the
minors without his permission. He must be offered his release.
Radke 不知道是否還有 option；即使有，除非他同意，否則就得釋出他。
A player with 10 years or more Major League service, the last 5 being with
the team he's currently on may not be assigned to another team without his
consent.
Radke 有俗稱的 10-5 資格，假定要交易他，他也有完全的權力可以拒絕。
A player with 3 years or more Major League service may not be removed from
the 40-man roster without his permission. The player can opt to be released
immediately or at the end of the season.
要將他移出 40 人名單外，相當於讓他變成自由球員。
更何況，對一位將整個生涯都奉獻給雙城隊，
本季結束八成就要退休的球員，你不覺得對他的待遇值得更多尊重嗎？

不要緊的，他踢土、摔帽子其實都是作戲，每年都要上演幾回。
