SI.com's Jon Heyman reports that Pedro Martinez has not been working
out and will only come back in the second half, if at all.
Heyman says it's looking "less and less likely" that Pedro will play
in 2011. Though he was successful for the Phillies down the stretch
in 2009, Martinez is now 39 and there's no guarantee his body will
hold up or that he'll be effective again. That said, his name is sure
to surface at midseason when teams are looking to plug leaky holes in
their rotation.
