After pitching three scoreless innings at Maryvale Baseball Park on Thursday,
Marcum left the game with tightness in his shoulder.
He was supposed to extend out to 75 pitches against the White Sox, but left
well before reaching his limit.
Marcum has battled tightness in his shoulder for the majority of spring.
