Reliever Juan Carlos Oviedo was arrested Thursday by Dominican authorities
for using a false identity, the Dominican National Police reported the AP.
Colonel Maximo Aybar Baez said that Oviedo was arrested at the U.S. Consulate
in Santo Domingo.
