1.Scott Boras says Johnny Damon will sign by May 1

Boras說Damon五月一號前會簽約，只是還不知道跟誰簽。Boras說要簽Damon的球隊
一年至少必須給他450個打數才行。

Damon is looking for at least 450 plate appearances, which would be enough to
get him at least 100 hits closer to 3,000. Damon is sitting at 2,723 hits right
now.

2.勇士確定將開季的先發ss交給新秀Tyler Pastornicky

Pastornicky rarely strikes out and has very good speed, which should enable him
to post a solid batting average, but expecting him to hit .300-plus is
obviously wishful thinking and his lack of power and patience are definitely
weaknesses. Of course, the Braves lived with Gonzalez’s brutal .277 on-base
percentage and measly .377 slugging percentage for the past season-and-a-half,
so as long as Pastornicky plays good defense, steals some bases, and hits some
singles they’ll probably be happy.

I had five walks in the game. I was everywhere.

Jimemez：我不是故意要K Tulo，塞內角不小心K到人的事情在球場上天天都在發生。
         我那場比賽丟了五個保送，說明我那天是真的控球不好。

對於Jim Tracy說Jimenez的行為是俗仔，Jimenez做出以下回應

"I can’t control what people say. People act like this is the first time
 that somebody got hit. It happens in the game. That’s part of the game.
 It’s always been part of the game."

4.Sam Fuld needs wrist surgery, could miss entire season

去年開季前23場比賽時打出.350亮眼成績的快腿Fuld本季可能bye了

Fuld is scheduled for wrist surgery tomorrow and is expected to miss 4-5
months, putting his entire season in jeopardy. He originally suffered the
injury in September.

5.Aroldis Chapman is staying in the Reds’ bullpen

Aroldis Chapman spent all offseason and the first month of spring training
preparing for a potential move to the rotation, but with Opening Day right
around the corner the Reds have decided to keep the flame-throwing
left-hander in the bullpen.

6.Royals still haven’t named a closer

距離Soria受傷過了兩週時間，皇家依然未決定開季CL是誰。

原本預期接手的人選會從Jonathan Broxton及Greg Holland當中挑一個。
但總教練Yost昨天卻說“sees no reason to designate a closer.”
（不知道為什麼一定要指定closer）。

Yost stressed that he “has time to think it through” and indicated that he
may chose to begin the season without “defined” roles for everyone

皇家後援委員會即將成立。
