: Cardinals.這些人可以抽第一輪後面6支籤
: 中獎機率是基於去年勝率.那些picks會緊接在第一輪三明治補償出來的後面
: 這些picks可以交易(一次),且要在季中,所以可以立即投入731大限前的交易中
: 第一輪沒中獎的和任何有收revenue sharing的都可以抽第二輪後面那6個

Tigers
Tigers are the only one who will be added to round B because they receive
revenue sharing money and aren't located among the top 15 markets.
