The Astros name Kevin Goldstein pro scouting coordinator


The Houston Astros have hired Kevin Goldstein of Baseball Prospectus and ESPN
as their pro scouting coordinator. This marks a continued trend of progression
by the Astros front office under GM Jeff Luhnow, who courted Keith Law of ESPN
this past January and hired Mike Fast, a former co-worker of Goldstein's at
Baseball Prospectus, for a front office position.
