[外電] Mike Pelfrey signs with Twins

      Right-hander Mike Pelfrey has agreed to a one-year contract
      with the Minnesota Twins with a base salary of $4 million and
      the potential to earn another $1.5 million in incentives,
      a major league source told ESPNNewYork.com.
