這是Farrell賽後講的話
"We felt that it was clear that the replay was inconclusive," Farrell
said, "and the frustrating part is that when this was rolled out and
explained to us, particularly on the throw received by the first baseman,
we were instructed when the ball enters the glove -- and not that it
has to hit the back of the glove -- is where the out is deemed complete.
"At the same time, any angle that we looked at, we couldn't tell whether
[Cervelli's] foot was on the bag behind Mike Napoli's leg, so where this
became conclusive is a hard pill to swallow. And on the heels of yesterday,
it's hard to have any faith in the system, to be honest with you."
第一段就是我前面講的，Farrell 說一開始是告訴他們，判定是否上壘是看球進
手套而不是球碰到手套最裡面。然後Tony La Russa 今天出來解釋說不是這樣，
他們一定是跟各隊說要看球碰到手套最裡面，因為裁判就是聽聲音判的。
第二段是講腳的問題，Farrell 說，因為鏡頭的角度是Napoli的腳在前，所以他
們沒有辦法判斷Cervelli的腳有沒有踩到壘包。而根據規則，裁判看重播的時候
必須有明確的證據可以斷定，才能夠推翻場上裁判的判決。
我沒有看到La Russa有沒有針對這段說什麼。不過大聯盟應該會說他們有明確的
證據可以斷言一壘審判錯吧。
但總而言之沒有講到Napoli的腳有沒有離壘。
