感覺最近過的蠻沒內容的...
隨便打個TOEFL的作文賺錢好了...

some people think that goverments should spend as much money as possible
on developing or buying computer technology. other people disagree and think
that this money should be spent on more basic needs. which one of these
opinions do  you agree with? yse specific reasons and details to support
your answer.

essay:
how do you respond to the issue of whether goverments should spend as
much money as possible on developing or buying computer technology or this
money on more basic needs? in my opinion, i think that our goverment should
spend this money on basic needs. in addition, i will argue over the case
with the following details.

first of all, i think that our goverment should protect people from want
of life and public security. for example, i think that so many poor people
in the world, so our goverment should help them to improve their daily lives.
in addition, a goverment is required to sponsor social security for citizen
who aresick or out of employment. moreover, large amount of money should be
investedd to improve traffic facilities, including subways, highways, and
convenient bus lanes for mass transportations. in addition, it is govermant's
responsibity to offer food and daily commodities at readonal prices. in
short, all these things will cost goverment tremondous money and all the
money spent is considered indispensable to main the living standard of all
the citizens.

secondly, i find that so many poor people in the world, so our goverment
should help them to change their lives. for instance, i find that because
developing technology can give people more opportunities to work, i will
urge the goverment to develop computer and related industries after it
takes good care of its people. in addition, only high-tech industries can
strengthen a nation's competitiveness, so it is unwise to ingore them.
in short, the goverment should make a rule that people go first and industries
go second to keep the nation continuously growing in a healthy way.

in summary, i believe that our goverment should spend money on people daily
life. in the end, i will cinclude my belief by demanding that our goverment
should think of a lot of social problems to satosfy the basic needs of people
while it should make efforts to promote technological developments to raise
our power to compete with all other countries in the would. all in all, not
only should a goverment be aimed at serving its people by satisfying their
needs but also it should encourage domestic enterprises to expand the national
productivity developing high-tech industries.
