[問題] 崇瓶賢者的腦力漩渦

目標玩家抽兩張牌，然後腦力漩渦對該玩家造成傷害，其數量等同於該玩家本回合已抽的
牌數量。
Target player draws two cards, then Cerebral Vortex deals damage tothat player
equal to the number of cards he or she has drawn this turn.

我想問的是，場上我已經有崇瓶賢者，那可以在施放兩張腦力漩渦後，犧牲崇瓶賢者啟動
它的異能堆疊在腦力漩渦上，然後打個對方至少20點傷害嗎XD

另外像是宿命之輪(Wheel of Fate)，在它仍然是遲緩(suspend)的時候，我同樣在施放腦
力漩渦後，施放怒火護符(Fury Charm)堆疊在腦力漩渦上去移除宿命之輪上面的計時指示
物(Time Counter)，這樣當宿命之輪因為這樣而被移除最後一個指示物而被施放後，它的
效果是算堆疊在腦力漩渦上面嗎?
